                                      £100 per day/night 

 If you need to cancel your booking you will need to do so 48 hours before your arrival date/time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will not be eligible for a refund unless there is good reason, like bad weather etc.

In the event of very bad weather (snow, ice and high winds) we may have to cancel your booking (on health and safety grounds) possibly at short notice. A full refund will be issued and a discount offered for a re-booking.

PLEASE NOTE The site aims to replicate an authentic olde time log cabin experience. As such the cabin is VERY basic and has no mod cons like electricity, running water, wi-fi. It is NOT a glamping pod or luxury cabin. There is a wood burning stove that provides ample heating and cooking, but you will be expected to forage for wood in order to keep it burning (we will start it for you if you wish). The same with the fire pit. There is ample wood about and we provide an axe and anvil for your use. We will supply charcoal for the BBQ if you wish. 

There are two raised wooden beds with clean washable mattress cushions - you can either sleep on the beds in your clothes of in your own sleeping bags.

Unfortunately the site is not yet suitable for wheelchair users and persons with mobility issues. We are working to make the site more accessible and are happy to discuss receiving and assisting guests with disabilities who believe they would be up to the challenge of staying at the site. 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

The site is booked by the day from 11am to 10am the next day (later check-outs on Sundays by request if you stay Friday and Saturday night). You can arrive any time you like (day or night) after 11am on your arrival day (or any other day of your booking). But please let us know roughly when you intend to arrive. And update us with any delays. Note partial refunds are not available if you arrive late. 

Please allow extra time for heavy traffic heading into North Wales during peak holiday season. 

You will need to leave the site strictly by 10am on your departure day(except on Sundays by special request if you book Friday and Saturday night). We need one hour to thoroughly clean and prepare the site for our next guests. 

OUR RULES

In order to keep the site pristine and respectful to the local flora and fauna we ask that our simple rules be followed at all times. Please read the following before you book.

Do not disturb the wildlife. 

Do not use super bright torches/lights, please only use headtorches (which you will definitely need) or hand torches/lanterns. Fuel burning lanterns etc are not allowed on site. 

You may photo and video but please try not to disturb the wildlife too much with camera/phone flashes and lights at night. 

No swimming in the lakes. 

No Smoking on site. Vaping is allowed but not in the cabin.

Alcohol is only allowed in moderation.

No dogs.

No persons under 18 are only allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

The site is not suitable for very young children.  

Dogs are not allowed on the site (because of the crocodiles and the triffid!). We love dogs but we have sheep and ground nesting birds and other wildlife we do not wish to disturb. 

No guests (except by special arrangement) 

No fires except in fire pit.

No loud music or loud and raucous behaviour.

Please take away everything you bring with you including all rubbish.

Do not remove anything from the site that does not belong to you including plants and flowers.

No foraging (without permission).

Do not enter neighbouring fields without our permission. 

Please do not eat the fish. If you catch any fish please return unharmed to the same lake they were caught in. Landing mats will be required. 

Do not use barbed hooks. Do not leave any hooks or line onsite.

Please do not use bait boats. 

Do not try to make new paths through the woodland, cut or beat down any plants.

Oh and finally, PLEASE DO NOT FEED/DISTURB THE CROCODILES!!!
